As someone who works every day as an advocate for homeowners and other consumers, I've been frustrated over the lack of simple, easily-navigated "one stop" resources for up-to-date info on foreclosure prevention, loan modifications, credit issues, landlord/tenant problems and other related topics.
So ... I've started this blog ... to not only share my own experiences, contacts, links, resources and knowledge (or lack thereof) ... but also to create an arena for the free flow exchange of thoughts, perspectives and ideas from ALL sides and angles of lender / vendor / consumer relationships.
